Having been on a taster session with another practitioner that was offering a weekend course I decided that I would research other HypnoBirthing practitioners and came across Sacha. I am so very grateful that I did. The amount of detail that is touched on in class and what is required of you in terms of practice could not have been shoe-horned in to a weekend. Sacha led us beautifully through a private home course over 5 weeks. She exuded such positive energy, so much so that we looked forward to every session. I feel she has given us the tools to take ownership of our birthing experience. I never anticipated feeling this confident – I couldn’t recommend Sacha enough.
